RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
1. What payment options are available? Which currency can be used?
After booking room, you can:
- Pay for booking by credit card including Master credit, Visa credit and American express
- Latter payment by transfer through payment system PayPal or Western Union
- Pay by cash at the hotel when check-out
- Payment can be made by VND, USD or EURO
2. How do I make a reservation? How long in advance do I need to book a room?
Please make a reservation 5 days in advance. For a large group of guests, please booking 10 days in advance

3. What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel? Is it possible to check-in earlier or check-out late?
- The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 12:00 hrs.
- It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our receptionist for the best answer
4. How can I check my reservation ?
After receiving your reservation by email or phone call, Silk Queen will send you an email confirmation.
5. Can I modify my reservation of room type after it has been made?
You can change room type 3 days before check-in at the latest and 7 days before check-in for a group booking more than 4 rooms.
6. If I cancel my reservation, will I have to pay any fees?
- More than 3 days before check-in time or 5 days for a group of guests booking more than 3 rooms: none of charge
- 2-3 days before check-in time or 3 – 5 days for a group of guests: 50% of room fee for the 1st night
- Less than 2 days before check-in time or less than 3 days for a group of guests 100% of room fee for the 1st night
7. What type of identification must guests present at check-in?
- If you are Vietnamese, please present ID card
- If you are foreigner, please present Passport with valid visa
8. How about room rate for children?
- Children under the age of 5: sharing a room with their parents, are accommodated free
- Children aged between 5 and 9: sharing a room with their parents, will be charged at 75% of the adult rate for other services
- Children older than 10 year old : Same as adult, extra-bed

- Restaurant: Breakfast from 6:00 – 10:00, Lunch from 11:00 – 14:30, Dinner from 18h00 - 22h00
- Bar: 8:00– 23:00
- Fitness Centre: 7:00 – 22:00
4. Is there any support for baby as guests ?
- Free baby cot
- Baby sitting: contact receptionist for details
